Axapta : item มียอด Onhand แต่ไม่มี WH Location หรือ Batch

Axapta : item มียอด Onhand แต่ไม่มี WH Location หรือ Batch

เกิด จาก ตอนสร้าง Item ไม่ได้กำหนด Dimension Group ให้มัน แล้วมาใส่ภายหลัง ทำให้ทำรับมาของแต่ไม่มี WH Location Batch ทำให้เอาของไปใช้ไม่ได้

วิธีแก้
1. เข้าไปที่ Item ที่มีปัญหา
2. เลือกปุ่ม Functions --> Edit dimensions

3. ช่องที่ 2 Receipts แก้ช่อง Warehouse , Location , Batch number (ถามผู้ใช้งานว่าต้องการให้อยู่ Warehouse Location อะไร Batch ไหนหรือใส่ Batch ตามวันที่ Physical date ก็ได้)
*****ข้ามเดือน ปิด Invent ไปแล้วก็สามารถแก้ได้ แต่ต้องยังไม่มีการนำของไปใช้ แต่ถ้านำของไปใช้แล้วเกิด Transaction จะไม่สามารถแก้ได้

4. ลองเข้าดู Onhand ของ Item นั้น ๆ จะมี Warehouse , Location , Batch number ขึ้นมา แล้วแจ้งผู้ใช้งาน
